Im Rahmen des 20-jährigen Jubiläums der ES Frankfurt unter dem Motto United in diversity wurde die Innenseite der Mauer im Eingangsbereich mit der vorderen Wand symbolisch verbunden. Es handelt sich um ein mosaikartig konzipiertes Wandmalereiprojekt, das die Kunst berühmter KünstlerInnen Europas oder europäischer Abstammung im Laufe der Jahrhunderte, beginnend mit der Antike, als Allegorie der Kunst darstellt.

Mural participants and helpers

On Monday the 22nd of May a team of ten P4 students from all sections participated in a soccer tournament at the European school Bad Vilbel. This was the very first time for our students and two sport teachers to engage themselves into a soccer tournament against seven other international schools from Frankfurt.  

“give me an E – S – F – ESF!”

The children themselves came up with a battle call that we performed before and after every game.

In total, our team played eight games (10 minutes each). After losing the first two games 0-1 and the motivation seemed to be at the bottom, the team recovered and won one game after another.

It has been an up and down of emotions during the whole tournament until we reached the Final. In the Final we met an equal opponent but our team played with much confidence and finished the game 0-0. After a very exciting penalty shootout our team managed to win the Game – YAY!

More importantly, each child played several times and we all had a lot of fun!
It was great to see the children perform as a team in the competition and improving each game. They have also been very cooperative and suportive wich each other during the Tournament.

The ESF Primary ist lookin forward to participate again in Tournaments like this again!

Der renommierte Bundeswettbewerb Mathematik gilt als zentrale Anlaufstelle für Talentförderung in Deutschland. Am diesjährigen Wettbewerb haben bundesweit insgesamt 1746 SchülerInnen teilgenommen, davon wurden 462 SchülerInnen mit einem Preis ausgezeichnet und somit zu der Teilnahme zur 2. Runde eingeladen.

Die Europäische Schule Frankfurt hat in diesem Jahr mit 9 Mathetalenten teilgenommen, davon haben sich 5 für die Teilnahme an der zweiten Runde qualifiziert. Dies ist ein beeindruckendes Ergebnis, insbesondere wenn man beachtet, dass sich in ganz Hessen nur 180 SchülerInnen die Teilnehme zugetraut haben und davon 39 Mathetalente in die zweite Runde eingeladen wurden.

Aufgrund dieses großartigen Erfolges in der ersten Runde wurde die ESFFM mit einer Urkunde ausgezeichnet.

Wir sind sehr stolz auf unsere MathematikerInnen und drücken ihnen die Daumen bei der Bearbeitung der Aufgaben der zweiten Runde, die mitunter auch Mathe-Profis ins Schwitzen bringen würden

Nous avons le plaisir d'annoncer que les quinze élèves de S4 section française ont remporté le premier prix du concours mathématiques international Maths Sans Frontières 2023, dans la catégorie "Classe de troisième (S4)" parmi 53 classes francophones participantes ! 

Ce concours, qui a eu lieu cette année le 9 mars 2023 à l'ESFFM, et auquel participent plus de 200 000 élèves du monde entier, a une signification particulière pour l'Europe et notre École. Cette compétition promeut à la fois les initiatives mathématiques autour de défis variés, mais aussi le travail en équipe et la pratique d'une langue européenne. Les élèves peuvent être fiers de leur performance et de leur collaboration qui ont porté leurs fruits. 

Nous espérons que les prochaines années apporteront d'autres récompenses mathématiques.

Nous souhaitons à ces élèves de beaux horizons mathématiques.

We are pleased to announce that the fifteen students from the S4 French section have won first prize in the Maths without borders 2023 international mathematics competition, in the "S4 classe" category, out of 53 Francophone classes taking part! 

This competition, held this year on March 9, 2023 at ESFFM, and involving over 200,000 students from all over the world, has a special meaning for Europe and our School. This competition encourages mathematical initiatives based on challenging problems, teamwork and the use of a European language. The students can be proud of their performance and their successful collaboration.

We hope that future years will bring further mathematical rewards.

We wish these students great mathematical horizons.

Autoren-Lesungen, Illustrations- und Poetry-Workshops, Museumsbesuche: Endlich kann die Primarbibliothek nach der Corona-Pandemie wieder ihr kreatives Programm in vielen verschiedenen Sprachen auflegen. Die Kinder profitieren sehr davon: Wenn Sie Autorinnen, Dichter oder Illustratorinnen kennenlernen, greifen sie deutlich mehr nach ihren Büchern, wie wir jeden Tag in der Bibliothek beobachten können. Und sie werden zum Verfassen eigener Texte und Gedichte und zum Zeichnen, Malen und Theaterspielen angeregt. Ebenso zum Aufschreiben ihrer Eindrücke. Der spanische Autor, Illustrator und Erzieher Alvaro Medina las den Kindern der spanischen Sektion aus seinen selbstpublizierten Büchern vor und regte sie in mehreren Workshops zum Zeichnen und Basteln an.“ El martes hicimos aviones de papel con cartas escritos !Fue muy divertido!” schrieb Teo Lazala aus der P 3 ES.

ITALIENISCH

Der italienische Abenteuerroman-Autor Davide Morosinotto, shooting-star der italienischen Kind- und Jugendbuchszene, kam mit italienischen Secondary und Primary-Kindern und Jugendlichen ins Gespräch. Er schrieb ins Gästebuch: „Thank you for letting me know your kids. They are simply brilliant, full of enthusiasm and passion.”

FRANZÖSISCH

Marc Boutavant, französischer Illustrator, verzauberte die Kinder der französischen Sektion mit seinem blauen Comic-Esel „Ariol“ und seinem Zeichenstil, der souverän digitale Mittel gebraucht. Armel und Zoé aus der 5. Klasse gaben ihre Eindrücke so wieder : Février, Marc Boutavant est venu dans notre classe. Il a dit qu’il était bien accueilli car il y avait de la musique et des biscuits. Il utilise Photo Shop et Procreate. D’abord il s’est présenté, puis il nous a parlé de son métier et comment il l’adorait. Il illustre Ariol, Chien Pourri et l’école des souris.Il nous a montré Photo shop et il a dit que c’est un outil très utile car il peut choisir le type de crayon.Il a fait des dédicaces. Chaque personnage de Ariol a un caractère différent. Quand on dessine dans nos cahiers, ça veut peut-être dire qu’on deviendra illustrateur. »

Satomi Ichikawa wurde in Japan geboren, zog aber in den 1970er Jahren nach Paris. Ihre Bilderbücher erzählen von Kindern und besonderen Tieren in vielen verschiedenen Regionen der Erde. Sie wird am 14. Juni für die französische Sektion zu uns kommen.

SWALS

Zur Buchmesse 2022 kamen Annemarie Bon und Gertie Jacquet aus den Niederlanden, die lasen, zeichneten und ein Puppentheater aufführten sowie der griechische Autor Michalis Makropoulos.

Viktória Bosnák and Gyözö Dudás aus Ungarn lasen und zeichneten für die ungarischen Kinder. Die Kinder wurden zu Reportern: Sie interviewten und fotografierten die beiden Künstler.  Im Juni wird außerdem die Theaterpädagogin Ioli Georgila erwartet.

Die niederländische Autorin Tosca Menten las aus „Dummie de Mummi“ und erzählte von ihrem schaffen für die niederländischen Kinder.

ENGLISCH

Den jüngeren englischen Klassen präsentierte Illustratorin  Barbara Steinitz aus Berlin ihr originelles Papiertheater aus dem Koffer mit Musik und Minenspiel.

Für die älteren kam der Beat-boxer und Poetry-slamer Dalibor Markovic. Er performt auf nationalen und internationalen Bühnen und hält Workshops in Schulen und Universitäten. In den Workshops für die Kinder der englischen fünften Klassen begeisterte er besonders auch die Jungen. Es entstanden wunderbare Haikus, Elfchen und rhythmische Prosa.

DEUTSCH

Die jüngeren Klassen der deutschen Sektion gingen auf Anregung der Bibliothek ins Struwwelpeter-Museum. Dort lernten sie, was es mit diesem Klassiker der Kinderliteratur auf sich hat, warum der Frankfurter Autor und Arzt Heinrich Hoffmann so drastisch übertrieb. Und wie man den Struwwelpeter in die Gegenwart transponieren und in Szenen umsetzen kann.

Ute Krause las für die dritten Klassen aus ihrem Abenteuer-Roman „Die Muskeltiere“. Sie zeichnete auch auf dem Flipchart und zeigte den Kindern Originalillustrationen und ihre Verwendung in Büchern.

Die vierten und fünften Klassen erlebten eine Lesung mit Martina Wildner, die aus ihrem Buch „Der Himmel über dem Platz“ las. Besonders schön: Die fachmännischen Gespräche über Fußball mit Jungen und Mädchen.

Die Skiwoche der S2 ist ein fester Jahreshöhepunkt im Programm der Fachschaft Sport der ESF und konnte in diesem Jahr endlich wieder stattfinden.

Vom 09. bis 17.03. reisten die Klassen DEA, ENA und FRA für sechs Skitage nach Hochkrimml bei Gerlos in Österreich. Die Klassen DEB, ENB und ITA fuhren vom 23.03. bis 31.03. ebenfalls in das Skigebiet der Gerlosplatte. Unsere Unterkunft direkt am Pistenrand ermöglichte es, den sportlichen Schwerpunkt dieser Woche zu verstärken. Es gab dort u.a. eine Turnhalle, Trampoline mit Schnitzelgrube, ein Pumptrack, eine Fußballhalle und vieles mehr.

Die Kinder haben vor allem Skifahren gelernt oder ihr Können auf Ski verbessert. Darüber hinaus hatten sie besonders viel (Bewegungs) Freude und sie haben ihre Klassengemeinschaften pflegen und stärken können.

Im Folgenden berichten die Schülerinnen und Schüler selbst.

My name is Katerina Lasuen Theleriti and I am in the class of S2 ENA. For me this trip was very important since it is only my first big class trip after the one, I had in P3. So, as a member of this trip I am going to tour you through this amazing journey to Austria!

Everything started on Thursday the 9^th of March at 23:00 when we were all boarding this huge double decker night bus that took us on the 8-hour trip to the skiing resort (Gerlosplatte Hochkrimml). We said bye to our parents one last time and we were off. It wasn’t the most comfortable way to sleep but we managed!

After that tiring night had passed, we had finally got to our destination at around 7:00 am and I certainly did not expect what I saw! When I got in I saw trampolines, foam pits, disco rooms, cinema rooms and much more it was any kids dream! That day was dedicated to settling in, so we did not ski.

The next day we woke up at around 7:15 (as we would do on a daily basis), got into our groups and started skiing at 9:15. Our skiing program was that we would ski in the morning for 2 hours until our one hour break for lunch at 12:30 and then we would ski for 2 hours again in the afternoon until 16:00. After that we had free time until 18:30 which was dinner, and everyone had to be asleep by 22:00.

However, almost every day our teachers would have something planned for us after dinner! Whether if it was night walks with fire, cinema nights, game nights or a big disco on the last day were we could play any music we liked! Nevertheless, my point is that there we never got bored!

The last day was quite sad! We could ski alone and almost wherever we wanted but skiing for the last time was quite devastating for all of us, I think! Then on the Friday we packed and left the place at 8:30 am. The bus drive lasted a bit longer than expected, it lasted a whole 11 hours. We finally got home at 19:30 and all the parents were already at the bus stop extremely excited to see us. It was pretty emotional!

To conclude, I loved this trip and I want to say a big thank you to the sports teachers who put in hours of hard work to organize this amazing trip for us! It was an experience that I will definitely never forget!

Cette année, ma classe et moi avons fait un voyage de ski, tout était absolument génial, le temps était parfait pour le ski et la neige était épique. Le professeur que j'ai eu en cours de ski était vraiment sympa et j'ai appris beaucoup de choses avec lui, techniquement tous les professeurs étaient vraiment sympas.

Une chose que j'ai vraiment appréciée, c'est que nous avons eu le temps de faire connaissance avec d'autres personnes des autres classes, je me suis fait beaucoup d'amis !

Mais la meilleure partie du voyage était sans aucun doute les activités nocturnes. Elles étaient toutes géniales, mais marcher avec le feu a été le point culminant pour moi. C'était une expérience tellement unique que j'en ai adoré chaque minute. Honnêtement, j'ai passé un excellent séjour et j'ai tout aimé, sauf la nourriture. Mais bon, on ne peut pas tout avoir, n'est-ce pas ?

Quoi qu'il en soit, je voulais juste vous remercier d'avoir organisé ce voyage au ski. Je me souviendrai certainement de ce voyage comme l'un des moments les plus forts de mon année scolaire.

This year the European Schools Science Symposium has taken place in Varese, Italy, from the 26^th to the 29^th of March. 147 students from 19 different European schools competed with a total of 68 projects.  Ten ESF students from S3, S4 and S5 represented our school with 4 projects, three for the junior category and 1 for the senior.

Rachel and Lauren Christensen, S3 English Section, were awarded with the third prize of the junior category with their project “Could Fungi replace Styrofoam?”

On Monday March 20th the whole Nursery had the opportunity to go to the Papageno Theater in the Palmen Garten. We watched the play “Jim knopf und der lokomotivführer”. It was a very exciting experience for us to see the wonderful theatre with such professional actors, great costumes and we thoroughly enjoyed the live piano and violin music that accompanied the performance.

It was amazing to see how Jim Knopf and Lukas traveled in their train to discover new places and meet new friends,  it tied in well with our theme of Exploring Europe. We are now looking forward for our next trip adventures!

Nous avons travaillé en découverte du monde sur le thème de la vue.

Pour compléter nos découvertes, nous avons lu le roman « LOUIS BRAILLE, l’enfant de la nuit ». Nous avons travaillé en classe la compréhension du livre puis avons préparé deux exposés par groupe de 3 :

• La biographie de Louis Braille
• Des conseils pour aider une personne mal-voyante

Pour réaliser les exposés, nous avons apporté chacun des idées et des informations que nous nous sommes partagées.

Dans le premier groupe, nous devions retracer la vie de Louis. La lecture du livre était très riche. Nous avons donc appris à sélectionner et résumer des informations. Grace aux indices relevés dans le livre et les calculs savants de Dimitri, nous avons découvert l’année de naissance de Louis Braille : 1809.

Le deuxième groupe devait lire des documents et collecter des informations sur les aides apportées aux aveugles. Ils ont dû aussi sélectionner et résumer des informations pour les écrire sur leur panneau en utilisant l’impératif présent.

Les affiches terminées, nous avons présenté nos exposés à la classe de P5 FR.

Nous avons aussi organisé des ateliers pour présenter quelques outils utilisés par les personnes mal-voyantes. En voici quelques exemples :

• Livre retranscrit en braille,
• Un album à relief,
• Des boutons à formes différentes pour reconnaitre les couleurs,
• Une montre à points saillants,
• Une machine à écrire en braille,
• Un appareil indicateur de niveau de liquide : il signale par un « bip » que le verre est rempli (outils « cflou »).

Nous avons aussi mis les élèves de P5FR en situation de mal voyance en leur donnant des lunettes (verres mouchetés) et une canne blanche pour se diriger…

A friendly volleyball match between two European schools, the European School Frankfurt (ESF) and the European School Rhein Main (ESRM) took place in Bad Vilbel on the 20.12.2022 (the second last school day before the Christmas holidays).

A selection of students, ranging from S4 up to S7, represented our school (a mixture of boys and girls). Three matches took place, between boys, girls and mixed. The points were spread equally with the ESF however gaining the upper hand in the end. 

Overall these events are a good way of meeting new people and making new friends, both within the ESF and beyond. The athletes clearly enjoyed their time and we hope to organise more such events in the future.

A big thank you to Ms Dahl, Mr Misik and Mr Thrun for the hard work and preparation.

„Die Schule war noch nicht fertig, wir hatten Unterricht in Containern und waren zu zweit im Fach Latein. Der eine Schüler konnte nur Italienisch, ich nur Deutsch, aber irgendwie haben wir uns verständigt“.
So erzählt eine der ersten Absolventinnen der Europäischen Schule Frankfurt, als sie nach den Anfängen im Jahre 2002 befragt wird.
 
Einer der vielen emotionalen Momente während des Festaktes am 16.11.2022, den wir anlässlich des 20-jährigen Bestehens begehen konnten. Ein weiterer: die Europäische Hymne in fünf Sprachen sowie die Begrüßung der Gäste in allen 23 Nationalsprachen, die an der ESF unterrichtet werden. Und die Aufnahme, wie kleine und große SchülerInnen ihre Handabdrücke an der Mauer verewigen – united in diversity, gemäß dem offiziellen Slogan anlässlich des Geburtstages.

Unter den 250 Geburtstagsgästen befanden sich viele Weggefährten und Freunde der Schule, aber insbesondere der Besuch der Präsidentin der Europäischen Zentralbank, Frau Christine Lagarde, verlieh dem Abend einen ganz besonderen Glanz. In ihrer äußerst persönlichen Rede wandte sie sich vor allem an die SchülerInnen und machte ihnen Mut, mit Kreativität, Selbstvertrauen, kritischem Geist und der Gewissheit, dass sie Menschen an ihrer Seite haben, die sie begleiten, ihren Weg zu gehen.

Und wirklich hatten sich nicht nur die Schüler, auch alle anderen Mitglieder der Schulfamilie für das Programm des Festakts eine Menge einfallen lassen: Eine Taschenlampenführung zu den „Murals“ – der Neugestaltung der Außenmauern der Schule durch Schüler aller Jahrgangsstufen, ein musikalisches Programm mit Beteiligung der Primar- und Sekundarschüler auf höchstem Niveau, Live-Theater, Videoeinspielungen und eine professionell gestaltete Präsentation, die die Gäste auch in die Vergangenheit der Schule führte. Nicht zu vergessen unsere charmanten ModeratorInnen, die dreisprachig die Gäste durch den Abend geleiteten.

Ein ganz besonderer Abend, an dem, nach Ende des offiziellen Teils, noch viele Gäste verweilten und Erinnerungen austauschten.

Aber auch um die Zukunft muss einem nicht bange sein, und das nicht nur, weil Generalsekretär Andreas Beckmann und Frau Christine Lagarde der Schule auch weiterhin ihre Unterstützung zusicherten. Unter den Neuanmeldungen des letzten Jahres befindet sich das erste Kind der 2. Generation – wenn das kein Grund zum Feiern ist!

Am 13.12. fand der Schulentscheid des Vorlesewettbewerbs an der Europäischen Schule Frankfurt statt. In der Bibliothek fanden sich die drei Klassensieger:innen der S1L1 sowie S1L2 ein, um in den Einzug in die nächste Runde zu „lesen“.

Die drei Finalist:innen Mathilda Wegener, Peeter Moon sowie Matilde Corradin lasen zunächst einen von ihnen ausgewählten Text, den sie sicher vortrugen. Als zweite Disziplin stand der „Fremdtext“ an, bei dem die Erzählung „Der kleine Prinz“ gelesen wurde. Die Jury, bestehend aus den Lehrkräften der jeweiligen Kurse – Frau Kalikaki, Frau Viktora sowie Herr Tetzlaff – und der Vorjahresschulsiegerin Amália Madou Moreira, bewertete die Teilnehmer:innen nach Lesetechnik und Interpretation der Textstellen.

Am Ende setzte sich Matilde Corradin knapp gegen die Mitbewerber:innen durch und wird die ESF in der nächsten Runde, dem im Februar stattfindenden Regionalentscheid, vertreten. Die Finalist:innen erhielten als Preis jeweils einen Büchergutschein.

Zum eBook "20 Jahre" von Christine Zukunft

During the month of October, the Nursery students have been carrying out activities based around the ESF 20th anniversary.  For the children in Nursery there is nothing more important than becoming a year older, for that reason we thought that our school deserved a huge birthday party to celebrate 20 amazing years of quality education in Frankfurt. On October 20th the Nursery students, teachers and assistants celebrated the school’s birthday party, we baked cakes, decorated the classes, sang ‘Happy Birthday ‘ in the 5 languages of our sections and we, of course, blew out the candles!! We wish our school a very happy birthday and another 20 years of fun and learning.

SWALS Nursery and Primary students had a birthday party on 30 September 2022 to celebrate the 20th anniversary of ESF. Through dancing, singing, handicrafts and a quiz about ESF, they delivered a beautiful gift to the school. A time capsule was also created with wishes for the future students. The students also enjoyed a variety of delicious muffins and a special birthday cake.

Bright-Night è il nome della Notte europea delle Ricercatrici e dei Ricercatori istituita dalla Commissione Europea nel 2005 e promossa da università ed enti di ricerca.
Il prestigioso evento, che prevede una serie di attività quali workshop, dimostrazioni ed esperienze per comunicare e diffondere buone pratiche di ricerca e conoscenze scientifiche, si è svolto il 30 settembre 2022 in diverse sedi di tutta Europa.
Quest’anno ha partecipato all’iniziativa anche la classe S4 della sezione italiana della Scuola Europea di Francoforte, in collaborazione con il Centro DITALS dell’Università degli Stranieri di Siena.
Gli alunni, coordinati dalla prof.ssa Maria Cavallo, insegnante di L1, hanno realizzato una video registrazione per il dibattito #IOLAPENSOCOSI’: insegnare ad argomentare in italiano sui temi green per lo sviluppo sostenibile.
Il progetto è stato pianificato e sviluppato in forma collaborativa da tutta la classe partendo da un proficuo scambio di idee e da una ricca discussione su vari ambiti green, cui è seguita la stesura di testi argomentativi individuali. Nella fase finale, si è giunti  alla scelta del tema da trattare e si è realizzato il video richiesto.
Cinque vivacissimi minuti in cui due studenti, interpretando quanto costruito collettivamente, si sono “sfidati” nel dibattito sui pro e i contro nell’uso di fitofarmaci e diserbanti il cui eccesso ha un forte impatto sull’ambiente, sulla salute e sulla società.
La “brillante” performance e l’interpretazione sicuramente espressiva di Adam e Beatrice, unite alla competenza tecnica di Emma che ha curato il montaggio, sono state particolarmente apprezzate da tutti i partecipanti e dal team degli organizzatori.
Il 4 ottobre 2022, durante un collegamento diretto con l’Università di Siena, il video dei ragazzi della S4 IT è stato proclamato vincitore.
Grande gioia e piena soddisfazione per questo inaspettato risultato, che conferma quanto la collaborazione e la condivisione nei percorsi di ricerca qualifichi il processo di apprendimento.

After a 2-year long break, the ESF has participated in the Skyliners School Cup, which took place in the Fraport Skyliners arena on the 3rd of October. Apart from our school, two other schools participated in the tournament, the Georg-Christoph-Lichtenberg Schule and the Schulzentrum Marienhöhe.

The first game against the Georg-Christoph-Lichtenberg Schule started off smoothly, with the ESF getting into the lead almost straight away. Our school played offense and defense very well, so it came as no surprise, when the final score was 45:30 for the ESF.

However, the second game against Schulzentrum Marienhöhe was slightly tougher. Both teams came to the field nervous, as this was the deciding game. The two teams played aggresively, with the ESF once again leading by a few points at the start. By the end of the first half, the score was very tight and tension was high. Ultimately, the ESF proved to be better than Marienhöhe, and won 38:28.

With two victories, the players and coaches celebrated their much deserved win at the Skyliners School Cup.

Was ist Glück? Woher kommt es? Wie fühlt es sich an?

Und: Wie kann man es sichtbar machen, damit man sich immer daran erinnern kann?

Diese und andere Fragen stellten sich heute die Schülerinnen und Schüler der S2 L1 Italienisch unter der Leitung der Lehrerinnen Frau Cavallo und Frau Kaltenbrun.

Eine Lektion über Glück, einfach so! Dabei erzählte Frau Kaltenbrun im Rahmen der Glücksstunde auch von ihrer Weiterbildung als „Glückslehrerin“ und davon, dass „Glück“ im Süden von Deutschland (Baden-Württemberg) an vielen Schulen als echtes Schulfach unterrichtet würde, was die Schülerinnen und Schüler auch toll fanden. In einigen Schulen in Frankfurt gibt es jetzt das Schulfach „Glück“ auch schon als Arbeitsgemeinschaft (AG).

Heute haben wir mit den Schülerinnen und Schülern an der ESF ein Glücksprojekt initiiert, das die Schülerinnen und Schüler dann das ganze Jahr über zu Hause - und mit ihrer Familie zusammen- weiterführen können. Jeder hat gemeinsam mit den beiden Lehrerinnen, seinen eigenen Behälter des Glücks, sein persönliches Glücksglas, geschaffen.

Das Glücksglas funktioniert so: Jedes Mal, wenn die Schülerinnen und Schüler einen Moment der Freude erleben, der sie glücklich macht, sollen sie diesen auf ein Blatt Papier schreiben und in das Glas legen.

Am Ende des Jahres werden wir so viele glückliche Momente „eingefangen“ haben, an die man sich so immer erinnern kann und uns das gleiche angenehme Gefühl des Glücks wieder geben können.

Es ist eine Möglichkeit, sich mehr auf die positiven Momente des Lebens zu konzentrieren.

Viel zu oft vergessen wir, wie glücklich und dankbar wir eigentlich sein können für die kleinen Momente des Glücks im Leben.

Natürlich haben Frau Cavallo und Frau Kaltenbrun auch ihr eigenes Glas des Glücks erschaffen!
